Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can then send the item back to 303 S Alvarado Ave, Belle Mo 65013 and once received, we will process your request for ONLINE STORE CREDIT (a discount code used on our website) or ship out the new size.

You can also return your item in the brick and mortar store for STORE CREDIT to be used in the brick and mortar store ONLY. Items returned in-store will receive IN-STORE CREDIT only. It cannot be used online.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Due to our items selling quickly we are unable to hold items for an exchange and we cannot guarantee we will have your needed size in stock by the time we receive your original order back.

Color(s) of items depicted online may differ in person than when viewed on computer screens, smart phones, tablets or other device. We will do our best to depict accurate information on color, but are not held accountable for color confusion as each device represents colors differently.

Sizes of items are depicted as accurately as possible. We offer many different brands and each one sizes a little differently. We do our best to relay accurate sizing information and are not held accountable for sizing differences between brands and production lots.

Refunds
We do not accept refunds.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will then issue you an ONLINE STORE CREDIT in the form of a discount code to be used on our website. If you return your item in-store and we accept it, then you will receive IN-STORE CREDIT and it can be used in-store only and cannot be used online.
