Shipping policy

After placing an order it takes 3-5 business days to get it shipped out to you. We ship all packages through USPS and should arrive 2-5 business days. We strive to ship in a timely manner and get your items to you as soon as possible.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, Red Door Gifts and Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
